World Vision is hiring a Senior Marketing and Innovation Director to serve within our Marketing Division.

Location: Remote from the United States
Reports to: Vice President of Marketing and Innovation
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Requires 10 years of progressive professional experience in marketing, product development, consumer insights, or related field(s).
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
The Job
World Vision is looking a Senior Director to:
- Uncover and crystallize strong donor and partner insights that help identify growth opportunities.
- Develop, quantify, and steward a multi-year innovation pipeline.
- Promote innovation best practices, tools, and approaches to build a culture of innovation across the organization.
- Lead select upstream innovation projects (pilots/testing)
- Help carry out our Christian mission, vision, and strategies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Be and be seen as a thought leader in developing and advancing a robust innovation agenda for World Vision, particular focus on developing and acting on strong donor and partner insights that help create opportunities for growth (innovation) and help inform strategies and plans across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams and divisions across World Vision in service of strengthening staff’s capabilities for developing and qualifying impactful innovation (includes workshop sessions, 1:1 consults, training sessions etc.).
- Drive Innovation Culture in part through leading the Innovation Community of Practice and active role in presenting to the Innovation Council.
- End-to-end ownership and delivery of key innovation pilots that you helped to define and win support/resourcing from the Innovation Council. Includes developing well-reasoned, compelling business case, designing strong learning/test plans, and defining critical success criteria.
- Steward the Innovation Pipeline. This includes helping to develop and expand the multi-year pipeline, updating projects based on priorities, strategies, financials, and ensuring leadership is regularly updated on the status of the pipeline identifying any key issues and recommended actions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field. MBA highly preferred.
- In addition to education or education equivalent, requires 10 years of progressive professional experience in marketing, product development, consumer insights or related field (s).
- Previous responsibility for building and executing a defined market strategy, strongly preferred.
Salary Range & Benefits:
- WVUS Pay Grade Level: 229
- The full range for this position is $107,412.56 - $178,259.84
- The estimated hiring range is $120,000 - $150,000
- This range applies to locations with a market similar to our Washington D.C. office. A different range may apply based on your work location.
- Job offers are based on relevant qualifications and pay equity.
