Being an Administrative Assistant at Devereux’s Malvern, PA Office has its advantages!


  • You will join a team of dedicated professionals who have a passion to serve individuals in need!

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health’s Malvern, PA office provides programs and services for children and adolescents with a range of diagnoses. Located in Malvern, PA, this position is responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors and various administrative tasks including but not limited to maintaining records; preparing documents, responding to routine requests, and other duties as assigned.


Hours: Monday-Friday. 1-2 days of the week the shift will be 11A-7P. The remaining days will be normal business hours.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • Valid driver's license must be maintained
  • Previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, strong computers skills and ability to multi-task
