Our founders established the HopeServeAction Foundation in 2021 out of a desire to instill hope, provide lasting resources and effect positive change in the lives of others. HopeServeAction Foundation provides financial assistance and support to those facing especially difficult and unexpected hardships in their time of need.

Mission: To instill hope in individuals and families that have been hurt, sick, wronged, forgotten, or disadvantaged by providing financial and emotional support to relieve hardship and pain caused by these unfortunate events.


The Hope Serve Action Foundation (HSAF) is seeking a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the foundation and assist HSAF team members in developing strategies and processes to expedite the growth and further the impact of the foundation. The Program Manager will be responsible for embodying and applying the mission, vision and values of the foundation and representing the foundation, its team members, and its beneficiaries both internally and externally. This is a fully remote, part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full time position as fundraising and growth allows.


  • Plan, direct, implement and evaluate the organization’s day-to-day operations and

ensure that all operations of the foundation are carried out in accordance with

applicable laws governing private foundations and also in alignment with the foundation’s core values, mission, and vision.

  • Develop budget and oversee the prudent financial management of the organization’s funds and allocation of these funds in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Clearly, compellingly and consistently communicate the foundation’s mission and goals both internally and externally, effectively serving as the ‘face’ for the foundation.
  • Build and nurture relationships and partnerships with community partners and HSAF team members.
  • Manage the entire foundation donation process including, but not limited to, identification and screening of donation candidates, background checks, interviewing, distribution of funds, review of funding implementation, and follow up with all recipients.
  • Manage all foundation communications and outreach activities including, but not limited to, the

preparation of an annual report, community events, High Speed Alliance quarterly event representation, and content development and management on the website, in print, and in other digital forms.


  • 2+ years of management experience gained in a mission-driven foundation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in website administration, creating written/audio/video marketing content, and event fundraising.
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience suitable to meet budget management requirements.
  • Ability to view the foundation’s needs from a 10,000 foot perspective and identify trends, opportunities, and needs within the communities that the foundation aims to serve.
  • An unwavering commitment to upholding the highest moral and ethical standards and second-to-none integrity.
  • A willingness to evaluate all potential foundation beneficiaries and their circumstances with fair, kind, and unbiased consideration.
  • A well-developed ability to identify potential areas of conflict and intervene quickly to diffuse the situation, work with the parties concerned to reach a consensus or compromise in an effort to benefit the foundation as a whole.
  • An undergraduate degree with previous program experience preferred
