We are seeking a consultant who has experience to meet the following tasks:
Collecting data and creating a baseline that captures and quantifies the current state of volunteering and the change experienced since 2014 to answer the question “who volunteers with Habitat as an organization and why” as well as “how does volunteering at Habitat meet goals for advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and greater program impact”?

Deliverable 1.2: Deliverable outline.
Deliverable 1.3: Final detailed report and development of key messages.

Building on the task above, the second stage of consultancy will focus on better understanding the impact of Habitat-led volunteering on HFHI itself as in Return on Investment, as well as communities it partners with and volunteers themselves. Its scope will be limited to its global (non-US) work.
Deliverable 2.1: Methodology and a work plan.
Deliverable 2.2: Deliverable outline.
